Dream it.
We always dreamed of having a beach house……just never imagined it could be in Turks & Caicos! We were on vacation here for Joanie’s surprise 40th birthday trip and stumbled upon this heavily marked down duplex that needed EVERYTHING. Since I’m a homebuilder, I was not frightened away like so many others. We came home and agreed to pray over it for 2 months which would give the Lord plenty of time to get rid of it if it was not His plan for us to purchase it. After 2 months and 1 minute, we called back and it was still on the market - in fact we were the last people to even look at it. We took that as a sign and snapped it right up, extensively remodeled, added on, and now love every bit of it!
