Big news happening here at the BeachsideBungalow!! We are building a pool for the larger side of our duplex and a brand new kitchen. Also… a third rental unit garage backhouse with gunite hot tub. Seagull side with the pool is now open for rentals while we wrap up construction on the new unit. The new back house construction will finish by July and will be ready to rent starting in September.

Duplex directly on the beach featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on each side. Sleep 4 on the Sandpiper side or 6 on the larger Seagull side—or rent both and take the extended family!
